In addition to the conference fee, a voluntary contribution of CHF 2.00 per conference registration can be donated to our sustainability partner myclimate.

Services
The ticket for the scientific programme includes:
- Access to all scientific sessions
- Conference documents
- Access to abstracts
- Catering during the coffee breaks
- Lunch on Thursday and Friday
- Welcome reception on Wednesday evening
- Conference dinner on Thursday evening
Registration and cancellation conditions
- Registration for participation is binding.
- The organiser will charge a processing fee of CHF 30.00 for subsequent invoice changes and rebookings.
- If you cancel your registration up to 30 days before the start of the event, 50% of the fees will be refunded (less fees for payment processing). In all other cases, your financial obligations remain in full.
- If the registered person cannot attend the event for health reasons, s/he has the option of naming a substitute person to attend. The processing fee for rebooking is CHF 50.00.
- The registration fee is due immediately upon registration and must be paid within 7 days of saving the registration form (but no later than 23 March 2026).
- A right to participate exists only after receipt of the full participation fee.
- The conference programme is subject to change.
- If the event cannot take place on site for reasons of force majeure, the organiser reserves the right to hold the conference in a modified form. Should this occur, part of the fees may be refunded. If the event is postponed, registrations remain valid.
